your group during your private event or meeting. You'll have access to our comfortable lounge
area, a well-equipped presentation room with high-definition projection and audio capabilities,
and, of course, our cutting-edge flight simulators. Each team member will have the opportunity to
experience flying in our three simulators: the Boeing 737NG simulator, designed to replicate the
experience of flying an airliner, and the Cessna 172 simulators, which mimic the feel of general
aviation aircraft.
During downtime, participants can socialize in our flight center or become "backseat pilots,"
observing their colleagues as they take on the captain's seat. Who will showcase their skills as the
ace pilot? Perhaps some members of your team already have real-world flight experience, ready
to impress everyone with their expertise.
We strive to cater to your team's unique flight preferences. If your team members have special
requests for specific flight conditions, airports, historical flights, or challenging scenarios, we'll
do our best to accommodate them. Our knowledgeable and experienced GFA flight team will be
there throughout the event to provide guidance, answer questions, and share their own aviation
experiences. You are welcome to bring your own food and refreshments, and we'll gladly assist you in setting up the arrangements.
Typically, a private event with us lasts for 2-3 hours, with our strong recommendation being 3 hours to allow ample flight time for each attendee across all our simulators. Having hosted numerous successful events at our center, we are confident that your team will create lasting memories from their experience.
