9. Miscellaneous
a) All prices are in US Currency
b) Vouchers and Gift Cards are valid for 60 months from the date of purchase. A legal documentation that includes a photo should be presented for identification with the voucher at the center. The Gift Card is non- transferable or refundable.
c) To be eligible for a refund or to reschedule your flight, you must notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. In addition, any refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice, including last-minute cancellations, are not eligible for a refund, and rescheduling is subject to the company’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. This policy applies to all bookings, including direct bookings, vouchers, and gift cards. Approved refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee and will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. No refunds will be granted after 14 days from the purchase date.
d) In case of shortened time in the simulator due to circumstances that are not under the control of Global Flight Adventures including and not limited to, delayed arrival, airsickness, request for a break, you cannot apply for reimbursement or compensation partial or full.
e) In case of shortened time in the simulator due to circumstances caused by us such as technical difficulties, malfunction of the vision system then we will replace your package with the same one and let you schedule a new date.
f) This Flight Simulator is solely for entertainment purposes. Our company is not certified by any authority or institute for any kind of training pilots.
g) The minimum age for entering our simulator is 10. Any child younger than 15 must be accompanied by an adult (above the age of 18). If you are under 4' tall you may not have a comfortable view of the outside.
h) Our Cockpit is a full replica of a real 737-800 cockpit, thus getting in and out from it may be not suitable for some people. If you think you may have any physical limitation that may affect your staying inside our flight deck, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our website or by phone to find out more about it.
i) If our instructors will think that you are under any influence of alcohol or drugs, no entering into the cockpit will be allowed. Under that case no reimbursement will be made
10. Variation of Terms
Global Flight Adventures LLC is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
11. Assignment
Global Flight Adventures LLC is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Global Flight Adventures LLC and you in relation to your use of this website and visiting Global Flight Adventures flight simulator center, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts for the resolution of any disputes.
You are required to give at least 72-hour notice, before cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If you do not arrive at the scheduled time, you will not be eligible for any refund.
